Noble M600

The Noble M600 is a hand built British supercar made by Noble Automotive in Leicestershire. It is made from stainless steel and carbon fibre and uses a twin turbocharged Volvo V8. The company gets Yamaha-built 4.4-liter V8 engines that were designed under contract from Ford to be used in its then-subsidiary Volvo's XC90 SUV.
In that trim, the engine produced 311 horsepower. After a visit to British Formula One racing engine builder Judd, which installs a pair of turbochargers, the motor now produces 662 hp. The engine also features electronic fuel injection via a Motec M600 and Injector Dynamics ID725's. It has a compression ratio of 9.50:1. It uses an Oerlikon Graziano transaxle six-speed manual gearbox and has the RPM redline set at 7000.

0-60 mph is 3.0 seconds on the way to a top speed of 225 mph.

Noble offers three modes of engine power: ‘road’ gives a relatively sane 450bhp, ‘track’ bumps it up to 550bhp, with ‘race’ releasing the full 650bhp.
The M600 wears lightweight carbon-fiber bodywork over its tube frame chassis and uses British Alcon six-piston front and four-piston rear brakes.

Those wheels are 19 inches in front and 20 inches at the rear.
There is no big screen, no climate control, just a focused cabin with a tight-fitting set of bucket seats to hold you firmly in place. It also trades modern flappy-paddle gearboxes for a traditional stick-shift six-speed.

Starting price for the Noble M600 is something around $290,000
